Week 2 Journal Entry:
I have been sick for awhile and I got a pretty late start on week 2. I mean, I couldn't even get out of bed. Anyway, this week's assignments included more research on the internet, and becoming familiar with informational websites. I think after this week I am better at being able to recognize credible websites, versus non-credible ones. We also set up a blog this week, which I have done before, I just had to decide which blog I wanted to use. My favorite assignment was probably the one about global issues. I had a couple of global ideas in my head already, but after some research that changed. I got a few new ideas and realized that there are many more global topics to choose from than I thought. Still, I can't seem to settle on one for my final project. I would like to choose the topic that I think I can get the most information about. Hopefully in the next few days I can make a decision.

Hi Lacey: I hope you're feeling better. Try to get your Topic Proposal to me in the next few days. You will start having assignments where you will need to start finding resources on your topic. You won't get too far without a topic to research.
